Take time out from life’s demands and busy pace to immerse yourself in nature in beautiful coastal and moorland locations in South Devon.

Learn how your psychological nature is an infinite source of creativity, wisdom and resilience that is always available to you.

Each nature immersion will include some short hikes, sitting around a fire and the opportunity to wild swim. Through walking meditations, talks, conversations, and reflections we will guide an exploration of what’s at the source of our experience and well-being.

Drawing on our years of experience in psychology, well-being and outdoor education we guide individuals and groups to get curious about

  • our connection with nature and our inner natural guidance system

  • our mind’s natural capacity to heal and recover from stress, overwhelm and trauma.

Our experience is that people walk away

  • having learnt something fundamentally life changing that will always be there to guide them.

Seasonal Nature Immersions

Each season includes:

  • A weekend immersion in nature with a small group of people (Fri eve - Sun pm)

  • 2 x individual mentoring sessions to personalise the experience

  • 3 monthly group zoom calls: to check in, reflect and connect

  • weekly refreshers

Investment

Join us for one seasonal immersion at £375 or for a year-long immersion for £1,250.

  • Payment can be made in monthly instalments

The price includes lunch each day but does not include accommodation.

  • A list of local accommodation is available on request
