I just can't thank you enough. We really struck gold when we came to you. We were both so wary about therapy, uncertain of what this meant for us and our marriage. You took us on a journey, both individually and together, encouraging us to see the parts we'd lost sight of. I feel that i have let go of some of the heartache and anxiousness that has been heavy on my shoulders for a number of years now, i have learnt to be with the feeling/thought and then let it pass. This is something i never thought id be able to do.
